Third time dealing with Parkway Honda: two prior lease transactions and, most recently, the purchase of a new 2013 Pilot. I had the pleasure of dealing with Cynthia Ngai for this purchase. She spent considerable time with test driving and discussion leading up to my decision to purchase a Pilot (had considered Odyssey and CRV as well). I enjoyed dealing with Cynthia and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Honda vehicle. Note that I am from the east end (Pickering) so Parkway Honda is by no means the closest dealership to me but I will travel there again when I am looking for my next vehicle. More

The reason I gave both Dimitri and Paul 5's across the board was because they were amazing people to deal with. My decision between purchasing a Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla for my wife was made much easier upon walking into Parkway Honda and dealing with Sunny Paul.
