I dropped into Parkway Honda two weeks ago to strictly look at a Honda Pilot. I was greeted by a very nice young lady who offered me a car catologue on the car that I was then looking at a Honda CRV and a look at a Honda Pilot. I was greeted by a very nice young lady who offered me a car catologue on the car that I was then looking at a Honda CRV and asked what I thought of the car and could she get someone to tell me more about it. I was introduced to Aim and after answering several questions as to size, type and purpose of car I was looking for, we began looking at the Honda Pilot. Three hours later, after going over the Pilots features, benefits and a custom financing option that i could work with, I had purchased a car. All the above because of Aim's ability to get the car, of the size and options I wanted, at price I could afford. I feel Aim directed me in the right direction. I had previously owned Acura MDX and was sold on the Honda family of cars. I would have loved to purchase another MDX but i could no longer afford the extra investment of funds to purchase a new one. I feel I have made the best choice short of replacing my MDX with another MDX. It is my hope the my new Pilot will provide the same enjoyment and pride of ownership my MDX has provided over the last seven years. I also hope the the Parkway Honda service department will offer the same quality, friendly help and knowledgable service that my Acura service department provided in Hamilton. In closing, I would like to add a special thank you Aim for providing me with friendly helpful service and overcoming all and any obstacles that could have turned me from being a prospective buyer and into a happy new Pilot owner. Having been shaken to the core by the snow storm a couple Fridays ago when my Lexus LS got stuck three separate times, I mentioned to my wife that we needed an all-wheel-drive SUV, in a hurry. I did the requisite research and data mining on the Web, and found fifteen Honda CR-Vs at various dealerships that I wanted to check out. So, I went a week after the snow storm, on the Saturday, but unfortunately, it was snowing heavily again, another horrid day. I stopped at Parkway Honda first on my journey, and Soheil was my sales consultant. He listened intently to the features I wanted in a CR-V, then he explained the availability and the price grid. He proceeded to take a bunch of keys for different CR-Vs and we headed out in the ankle-deep snow. Soheil discussed the scalability of the vehicles and we did a test drive, all the while he talked about the additional features, warranties and exchange policy, the 100-point mechanical inspection, and faced my barrage of questions. At the end of the test drive, thanks to Soheil, I became more educated. I felt I knew more about vehicles, more about the dealership, and more about my car-buying needs so as to make an important decision. Needless to say, I bought a CR-V in the middle of the snow storm that day from your dealership, and I took delivery a few days after. Soheil again took command of the pile of paperwork to wade through, and the various transitions became seamless. Now that the dust has settled, it’s my pleasure to say that Soheil is a consummate sales person - very knowledgeable on his product, provides impeccable service, and has a megawatt smile. Dilip sat down with us and showed us a specific car we were asking about. When it turned out that the kilometers listed online did not match what were actually on the car, he went through their stock wit were asking about. Our daughter was getting fussy and the staff were great about it. They processed us as quickly as they could and we went on our way. A very enjoyable experience overall. More
