My first 4 yr lease of a new Civic with Parkway Honda was ending in Dec 2012. I was now faced with my first lease return; buying either new or used and deciding on the right vehicle for my growing family. I ending in Dec 2012. He made the lease return as easy as signing a few papers and handing over the keys. I gave Al my budget and a list of must haves. Al found me the used CRV that I wanted with all the bells and whistles, including the extended warranty, within my budget. Al didnt make me feel like I was being pressured into buying, or that I was being swindled, which was my biggest fear. I was so impressed by the quality of service and the ease of buying from Al and Paul (the manager) that I took my sister-in-law to purchase her first Odessey the very next week. Dealing with the service desk has been a good experience in a comfortable friendly environment. If you are in the market for a vehicle, or you are a female who doesn't want to be scammed, you need peace of mind, Parkway Honda is the dealership and Al is the salesman for you. More

I was specifically looking for a used Honda Civic Hybrid and found one at Parkway Honda through the on-line Auto Trader. Al Ramji took my phone call when I initially phoned the dealership to inquire as to and found one at Parkway Honda through the on-line Auto Trader. Al Ramji took my phone call when I initially phoned the dealership to inquire as to whether I could test drive the car on a Saturday, since I would be travelling some distance to check out the vehicle. Al made sure that the vehicle was ready to test drive when I arrived on the Saturday and when I decided to purchase the car, he made all the arrangements for me to pick up the car a week later. After I got the vehicle home I noticed that one the tail lights had a hole in it. I sent a photo of the tail lamp to Al and he assured me that the tail light would be replaced at no cost the next time I was in Toronto. I had the work completed yesterday and all went well. The service personnel were very professional. I would recommend Al Ramji and Parkway Honda to anyone who is in the market for either a new or used Honda. This is the third Honda that I have owned and the second Civic Hybrid. My husband and I both drive Civic Hybrids now and are very pleased with the gas mileage and reliability of the cars. My wife and I visited Parkway Honda, because of our positive attitude from servicing our civic there, to look at upgrading our civic to an accord. Once we met Obaid and sat down in his office, we were very quickly impressed by his technology knowhow and car market place knowledge of the industry and, of course, the Honda line-up. This happens rarely to us since both my wife and I are “gearheads” and we spend, for the joy of it, much time cruising the web studying the specs and performance reviews of new models. Our other car, by the way, is a 2010 Audi S4 (which we greatly enjoy). As we talked with Obaid, in the number of meetings that we had at the dealership, we started to develop a personal admiration for the man! He was both kind, thourough and frank. It was seldom that we got a simple yes or a no to our questions, and more often the answers came in a form of “pros and cons”. We appreciated that greatly. We also appreciated his sense of humour particularly during our talk about “money” which helped to lessen the tension and finally, we appreciated the belief that he wanted to serve us in getting the car that “we” wanted.
