Great Experience I work as a consultant in the auto industry, so I know the various ins and outs of the business. I looked at several other Honda dealerships prior to I work as a consultant in the auto industry, so I know the various ins and outs of the business. I looked at several other Honda dealerships prior to visiting Parkway Honda. I already knew exactly what I wanted - a 2014 Accord EXL in black. I gave every salesperson a fair chance. I explained that I worked in the industry, that I wanted no games or upsell, and that I wanted a smooth, quick process as well as a fair price. The first two dealerships were a lesson on how NOT to sell a car. They lied about the financing (said because I was a repeat buyer, I qualified for a "special rate"). They also tried to scare my wife into getting an extended warranty "because this car is like a computer on wheels!". Absolutely pathetic. Do these hard sell tactics ever work for anyone? Anyway, my experience at Parkway Honda was wonderful. Danny Yang listened to my request, checked with his manager, and offered me a fair price. No games, no gimmicks, no BS! Seriously guys, when a guy like me comes into a dealership, it's the easiest money you'll ever make. Why ruin the experience for both of us by feeding me BS and not honouring my request for honesty, a fair price, and no games? Danny had the deal written up in 30 minutes and was able to move onto a new customer. I highly recommend Danny Yang and Parkway Honda. More

After test driving four other makes I remain a Honda fan. I did go back to my original dealer first but when I walked into Parkway Honda and met with Altaz Ramji I was blown away with the customer service. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted, assisted with questions, and soon met by Altaz who offered my a drink of my choice while he finished with a customer.. The whole purchase process was an experience during which I felt informed, understood, trusted, never pressured and supported throughout. Having NO clue about cars, I was referred by my VIP client - Constantine S. to see the General Sales Manager of Parkway Honda - Harold Mark, last June Having NO clue about cars, I was referred by my VIP client - Constantine S. to see the General Sales Manager of Parkway Honda - Harold Mark, last June 17th, 2014. Harold was very accommodating and introduced us to his Sales & Leasing Consultant - Aim Mujib. Aim went overboard from showing all the cars(advantages & disadvantages) in the showroom, answering all our questions, helping us get our dream car without going over the budget, and ensuring that perfect package that comes with the car. He could be compared as a friend who is very upfront and always ready to help you no matter how busy he is. He makes sure you are comfortable and happy with your purchase. Cory was very polite and elaborated on each and every accessory along with extended warranty I added on. Finally, Amber was also very polite and made sure I knew how to use all the functions in my new vehicle. She was patient and generous. To sum up, this was the best buying experience I have ever had.
