Al helped me identify exactly what suited me and my needs. He was very patient whenever I needed time to make decisions and never took calls or texted while we were at the dealership. I felt I had his undivided attention and that helping people purchase the right used car meant more to him than just the money. In the end I was unable to purchase the vehicle I wanted as my financial situation was not favorable. I received my deposit back in full. When I do have the finances to buy a used car to my liking it will be done with Al at Parkway Honda. I will be referring friends and family to him. More
