Worst experience to service my car! Went to get my free oil change done, but they did not have it saved on my account. They made me pay for it as it wasn't written on their copy of the c Went to get my free oil change done, but they did not have it saved on my account. They made me pay for it as it wasn't written on their copy of the contract. I went home and found my my copy and there it was clearly written and sign by the manager. While getting my service done, one of the reps came and told me I have a nail on my tire and it cannot be patched because it's on the edge of the tire and they would need to replace the tire, which would cost approx. $400 - for one tire! I demanded that the nail stay on the tire because the same scenario occurred on my previous vehicle at this dealership - Red Flag alert. I feel like I was being scammed, and I want to know how many people this happened too. I took the car to my mechanic immediately to get it checked, and the "nail" was a small screw and it did not go fully in the tire - I was able to patch it for $20. I would expect Honda Service to be he experts, but I feel they just want the consumers money and nothing else. More

We were warmly greeted by the receptionist as soon as we walked in. The dealership is clean, modern, spacious and comes with its own snack bar. Hats off to Felipe, our sales consultant, who had arranged for us to test drive a new Accord with both the 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder engines as we were unsure which would best suit our needs (we went for the 6). He was knowledgeable, personable and extremely courteous. At no time did we feel pressured. Sasha (business manager) was super-competent (and even laughed at my jokes). We are looking forward to a continuing relationship with Parkway Honda. More

Al was very professional and friendly in his approach.I had already decided on an HRV AWD and Al was very eager to explain all the specifics and was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions. I was informed by him about a backlog in the delivery of the HRV and kept me updated in a timely fashion about the progress in the production and delivery of my purchase. He was well informed about his products, easy to talk with, answered our questions with no bs, and very polite. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was patient and didn't pressure us. He researched any info we requested (date of registration, car fax etc) and gave us straight answers. We'd go back Parkway again in the future and would hope to be able to deal with Jay again. We also dealt with Mark Diab in finance and would give him a similar positive review. The car was prepped very well for delivery. More
