Great Experience Getting a Car Twice!! When I got my first car (Honda Civic 2014) from Parkway Honda, I was very pleased by the service that the sales person provided. He took us through all the options we had in detail and at the end, we ended up getting a great deal!!! This time around, we upgraded our Honda Civic to the Honda Accord and it couldn't have been easier. The sales person, Filipe Feldman, offered us great service and let us test drive not one but three times on three different vehicles. As before, he offered us a great deal and incentives to keep coming back to Honda. Filipe gave us enough information and time to make the proper decision and choose which trim, features etc suited best for me. The customer service and professionalism at Parkway Honda are exceptional. More

Unnecessary repairs recommended Been customer with this dealership over 10 years and finally realized they cannot be trusted. Whenever I brought my Honda in for oil change, I would Been customer with this dealership over 10 years and finally realized they cannot be trusted. Whenever I brought my Honda in for oil change, I would get a call with a quote for multiple repairs $1000-1500. I trusted their advice and approved the work every time. Last year, I did an oil change and sure enough I got a call with recommended repairs. I decided to get a second opinion from another Honda dealership and they told me the work was not needed even though I told them that Parkway Honda advised me to do the work. This year I had oil changes performed on all my Honda cars and again received call with repairs needed for $1500 on different variety of items from last year and again got an opinion for those same items from a Honda technician who stated that the work was not needed. Two at a time I have been coming to Parkway Honda since the early 90's and my wife and I have just leased our 9th and 10th vehicles here! I got a CRV Touring and my I have been coming to Parkway Honda since the early 90's and my wife and I have just leased our 9th and 10th vehicles here! I got a CRV Touring and my wife got her 3rd FIT. Aim Mujib did a great job as usual and went above and beyond to help me get the CRV in particular. Sasha Ghaffari was excellent and walked me through the options for extended warranties and protection plans. Many others are involved in a persons purchase, as we know, it takes a team. Having said that, Parkway is still under the leadership of Bryndon Davies and his commitment is evident in his teams professionalism. Thanks again Parkway, Peter and Eileen Kettlewell More
