Best dealership visited throughout my car buying experience! I was involved in an accident where my car was totalled and needed to get back on the road as soon as possible. I had been doing my homework about car I was involved in an accident where my car was totalled and needed to get back on the road as soon as possible. I had been doing my homework about cars in the segment so I knew exactly what I wanted and I had been visiting other dealerships in my area but no one was catering to my needs. It wasn’t until I had an errand in the area and decided to drop by Parkway Honda where I was greeted by the friendly ladies at the front desk and was promptly directed to Benjamin BBBBBBBB. From the very beginning, Benjamin was adamant in getting me what I wanted and was conscious of my budget. Within the day we had pretty much finalized a deal and came in the following day to sign the papers with Joel also helping out and seemed genuinely happy to help when any problems came up (from my end). From the very beginning of the process until now (2+ months later), Benjamin and his team were very helpful and were by far MUCH more helpful then the dealerships in my area, Mississauga. As for the car. It has now been almost two months since delivery of our 2016 Honda Civic touring and am loving the car. I had gone in for some minor adjustments and the team is quite organized in their servicing customer service. The 1.5 Turbo is a nice upgrade from my 2006 civic. It is more powerful low in the power-band, more efficient (last full tank got me ~650 km), beautiful, comfy ride, and the touring comes standard with a number of features not found in the Mercedes CLA 250 on other “higher end” cars. Only thing I was disappointed in is the 1.5's aren't available in a 6 speed yet. If you’re in the market for a new Honda, put Parkway Honda on your list. Tell ‘em Hosam sent you! :) More
