Another positive and easy experience I have just bought my third Honda from Parkway Honda even though I live a good hour's drive away. After checking local Honda dealerships , I ch I have just bought my third Honda from Parkway Honda even though I live a good hour's drive away. After checking local Honda dealerships , I chose to return to Parkway to buy my new vehicle and to have them do all the future servicing. Travel time is a very small factor when I know that I have always had excellent service at Parkway. My purchasing experience this time was positive too. Loc Ly was very helpful and understanding of my needs and gave good suggestions and ideas. I never felt pressured and was shown respect and thoughtfulness. Sasha Ghaffari oversaw the completion of the deal and was also very friendly and helpful in explaining the different " extras " to help me with the maintenance of my new car. Joel Evanoff delivered the new car and was very patient in explaining all aspect of operating my new vehicle. He set up radio stations, the phone and the Apple Play feature, always with a smile. Everyone I dealt with in the purchase of my new car was both helpful and kind. I do recommend Parkway to my family and friends and I will certainly take my car there for all its servicing, based on all my positive experiences with Parkway over the last 15 years. I love my Honda HR- V. Parkway Honda has been helpful to me from the time I first walked in to look at cars. I have never had a Honda before so the salesperson showed me the Parkway Honda has been helpful to me from the time I first walked in to look at cars. I have never had a Honda before so the salesperson showed me the cars, let me sit in them and take them for a drive. They gave me the time that I needed, let me ask questions and did not put any pressure on me. When I returned sometime later to purchase a new car, again the salesperson was very helpful as I filled out the paper work. There was not a HR- V left on the lot so I had to wait. Eventually my car arrived and as before the sales person was pleasant, helpful and explained every detail of the car to me. Then she took me to the car and again showed me how everything worked. I drove off the lot feeling comfortable as if I knew my car very well. And I love it. Now I have attended a Car Care Clinic and that was so informative. I learned so much. I have been driving for years and years. I am 73 and much of what was explained to us tonight I had never heard before. We received many useful tips and information to help us drive safely and have our vehicle for many years to come. The tour of the garage was so worthwhile. To see how clean, tidy and organized it was made me want to have my car serviced there. I feel that Parkway Honda do care about me and my car. So I now feel safe in bringing my car here for the check ups. Thank you Parkway Honda. More
