Great "first new car" buying experience, thanks to Kajan Been planning to buy a new car by the end of the month. Though internet has lots of information available for comparing different brands and make, it really feels overwhelming for me. Having driven my old Honda Civic, my first step is to go to a Honda dealership. Kajan was recommended by a friend so I decided to look for him on my first visit to Parkway Honda. Since it is my first purchase of a new car, visiting the dealership is one thing I am scared of. Fortunately, the lady in the reception gave a very warm and assuring welcome and located Kajan for me. What a relief as I talk to this very professional, knowledgeable and at the same time accommodating manager. He understands and addressed all my reservations and my countless questions. He channeled me to an equally respectful and candid salesperson "Obaid Syed" who deals with all my queries about different models, pricing and features. I am fortunate to have dealt with both of them who are not in any way "pushy" but were very honest and considerate. They gave suggestions according to my needs and preferences and but lets me make the decision that I feel is the best for me. To my great surprise, I did the purchase that same day and went home relieved that I made a wise purchase and I don't need to spend more time with endless searching and comparing. Kajan and team (Obaid and Yalda - for the delivery) has made everything smooth (from purchase to deliverey) as I got the car in one week and am now happily driving my gray Honda Civic. I have a very pleasant first time new car buying experience with Parkway Honda. Two thumbs up for Kajan and Obaid. Am definitely recommending them to all my friends and family and to everyone who is reading this review. More

Tatjana is an excellent salesperson to deal with I visited the showroom as a current leasing customer and wanted to upgrade to a brand new vehicle, torn between a Civic or CRV. I was very pleasantly greeted by Tatjana and I explained my situation. I was able to do all the test driving I needed and Tatjana did an unbelievable job of getting me every possible promotional discount available for each of the cars. Pricing on both cars were totally amazing and I promptly received all the info I needed to compare the new cars. Tatjana was easily reached when I had additional questions (by text and phone). There was absolutely no pressure make a decision and transferring to a new lease was such a simple process. Tatjana is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and works hard for customers. Car Care Clinic Parkway Honda is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for it’s customers and this is clearly illustrated by the monthly “Car Care Clini Parkway Honda is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for it’s customers and this is clearly illustrated by the monthly “Car Care Clinics” hosted by the dealership. These clinics provide valuable information pertaining to various topics for customers who have recently purchased vehicles at the dealership. The evening session I recently attended was excellent! The clinician, Christine Mitchell, was very knowledgeable and she initially addressed a variety of topics in her presentation (e.g., technology review such as Bluetooth; warranty information; Maintenance Minders). Throughout the clinic, Christine also competently responded to all customers’ questions and she identified resources that are available to customers who seek further information (e.g., “Parkway Honda Help Videos” on the dealership’s Youtube Channel). The clinician also made it entertaining by illustrating pertinent details with a few humorous anecdotes. There was subsequently, an opportunity to visit the Service Department where we (the customers) were able to see the brakes and under the hood of a vehicle. At this time, Christine completely reviewed the various aspects of the servicing of the vehicle. She also stressed the importance of following the service and maintenance schedule for your car and ideally having this work performed by competent professional Honda technicians. In conclusion, I sincerely appreciate the learning opportunity that was provided through the “Car Care Clinic” as well as the efforts by the Parkway Honda staff to make the dealership a most welcoming and informative environment. More
