Joel Evanoff came to my car to walk me through my car’s navigation capabilities. Joel was outstanding in that he provided understandable explanations and support. Although I had read through the Navigation Manual, Joel took a significant amount of time helping me to learn the system. He made manoeuvering the buttons more user-friendly and practical. Please thank Joel for his patience and invaluable assistance, including his offer to answer questions going forward as I become more familiar with the navigation system. Spectacular experience What an amazing experience as I was treated with friendly smiles from my first steps into the dealership. Browsing and then a gentle inquiry if I need What an amazing experience as I was treated with friendly smiles from my first steps into the dealership. Browsing and then a gentle inquiry if I needed some asistance which was provided by Tatjana Radic with a light and cheerful manner ,but oh so knowledgeable. I had done a lot of online research as I wanted a Suv that provided great leg and headroom as I am 6'3" and a 'slim' 240 lbs . I had visited Jeep and Toyota and the staff were fine but nothing like Parkway Honda. My many, many questions were answered instanteously and even more nuggets given . I had some errands to run and liked Tatja was easy going and left it to me to take the next step. A few days later I arranged a test drive for two different models and brought a friend who also did a test drive, a petite 5'1" 100 lb lady who with the seat controls loved the ride, as did I Tatja was incredible and oh so polite , friendly with facts at her fingertips , such a pleasure to deal with. I decided to think about my decision and then a week later a request to see the exact model and colour I wanted. It was in the compound, a short distance away so another test drive ,and then convinced with seating in my future chariot. I knew it would be perfect to take me on many happy adventures , as well as short trips in the city. The paperwork and negotiations were handled with professionalism and felt Tatjana was on my side with helpful tips and a nice calm business manner that soon resulted in me being a proud new owner.
