Bought our 5th BMW from Roberto Robert has been our sales representative with BMW for the last 10 years. This is our 5th BMW and second BMW X5. The man knows his stuff, he gives straight forward answers and he really does have our best interests at heart. I've compared prices and offers from other dealers just to compare and Robert always come back with the best pricing and offers. We trust him to the point where my last purchase took 10 minutes, and then I helped myself to the coffee and snacks! lol BTW, when my wife took our last Beemer in for servicing, Roberto gave her his own car (we found out afterward), talked to the service people and made sure we were taken care of. Now that's called service. I'll be replacing my Infiniti (personal car) to a Beemer 540 when it comes up for lease expiry, just because my experience with Roberto at Parkview was exemplary. I always recommend my friends and family to Roberto. More

Tommy Chan, upon learning that I was interested in purchasing a winter wheel and tire package, provided me with assistance in choosing the one best suited to my needs. There were two packages recommended for my recently purchased 2017 X3. Tommy showed me what the actual wheels and tires looked like. I was not merely shown a picture and asked to make a choice. Tommy introduced me to Parkview's tire expert, and together these two gentlemen pointed out the merits of each package, then left the decision up to me. Tommy did, however, tell me what he thought would look best on my X3. In practically no time at all, the installation was complete, and my vehicle was washed. Tommy Chan is a very busy salesman, always on the move. Yet on a Friday evening, as business was winding down at the dealership, Tommy expressed an active interest in my purchase, making sure that I was fully satisfied. I have purchased several vehicles from Parkview BMW, each with Tommy Chan's assistance. As far as I am concerned, if you are interested in owning a BMW, Parkview is the dealership to visit. I was surprised how I did not really have to spend so much time negotiating the price with him. It usually takes a long time for me to go back and forth with the auto-dealer in order to be quoted with the reasonable price. Here, I only spent about an hour including the test drives and the final contract. Joe Kim seemed to understand what he can offer to the customer and make them feel like the price is very reasonable. Joe Kim was tremendously supportive on the consumer's side and was always responsive to me even after the purchase. Also, you will find out that he would not quit on you after the purchase but he will always be on your help when your car goes into the service department. I thank Joe primarily for choosing the right car for me and always being supportive. I have no plan of purchasing a new vehicle anytime soon, but I sincerely hope Joe Kim will be available when I do.
