Extremely POOR communication and UNETHICAL PRACTICES Extremely POOR communication and possible UNETHICAL PRACTICES TO RIP CUSTOMERS OFF! I went in for the RECALL service and left my car. The rep assigned to me texted me this(Exact message pasted): Jason Mui @ Parkview BMW: hi, your brake right side it out. it will be about $95 plus taxes. di you want us to replace it? I said YES. Turns out, it was the BRAKE LIGHT that was out & not the Brake itself, & these dishonest people charged me $92 for a $6-$7 light by lying to me! Next, they said I will be contacted when the car is ready, but they didn't. I messaged them asking if it was ready, here is another message, pasted exactly as I got it: Jason Mui @ Parkview BMW: yes it is ready. sorry, I didnt reply, we do close at 6pm. So I had to wait another day & take a cab (another expense, due to their incompetence) as there is no Shuttle service on Saturdays! Next day, I go to pick up my car. The receptionist asked me to wait. I waited for about 45 minutes and then I went to the reception again & there was another receptionist who said she THREW away my vehicle slip assuming that I have been helped. So she takes me to a rep & I get my car in 2 mins, which should have happened 45 minutes ago. Since January 2018, I have spent way over $4000 at this place & this is the kind of Dishonest and Horrible service I get. SHAME ON YOU PARKVIEW BMW!!! More
