I can judge as for many years prior to coming to Toronto I have been a client at Audi in Moscow (Russia) and Mercedes in Stuttgart (Germany). Lousy service department Once your warranty expires this service team does nothing to foster in loyalty to the dealership or the brand. A botched timing chain repair has lead Once your warranty expires this service team does nothing to foster in loyalty to the dealership or the brand. A botched timing chain repair has lead to 3 trips back to get the vehicle back in proper running and sounding condition. A fan issue has appeared in the meantime. We asked for some support based on the fact that this car is about to be handed down to our son and a new car is on the near horizon for mom. No interest is softening the shock of the fan repair to foster good relations based on botched timing chain repair .m Shocking really but based on this treatment we have no affinity for the dealtership and will question if the next car will be a BMW or not. Audi and Lexus have some great looking and performing vehicles. Seriously think twice before you deal with Parkview. More
