"Very Professional" We just purchased a 2017 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk first time buying at Grove Chrysler Dodge Jeep both my wife and myself found Bara was so great to We just purchased a 2017 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk first time buying at Grove Chrysler Dodge Jeep both my wife and myself found Bara was so great to deal with he told us our payments up front and told us they would not change come time to sign the contract and they actually came in a little less. I will recommend Grove Dodge to family and friends for certain, we never felt pressured at any time and all the staff were great pleasant and professional to deal with from the CSR (Samantha) to the General manager (Domineco) and Bara our sales person they made our buying experience a "Great" one Thank you, Steve & Teena Cameron More

Purchase of a new used truck Roman was quick to respond when I first contacted the dealership. He was reapectfull and knowledgeable during the whole process. Communication was conducted over text which worked best for me. I subsequently scheduled a in person visit the following day first thing. When I arrived at the dealership the dealership attempted to play me against another potential buyer even though I had an appointment with Ronan. After some conversation, Roman was good to deal with but it was clear he was taking direction from the used sales manager Dom. A couple days later I agreed to purchase the vehicle with the exception a piece of trim on the top of the truck bed be replaced. I was advised it would be covered under warranty. Turns out after the purchase the dealership declined to warranty it. The piece has a cost of $63. They dealership could have simply eaten the cost but chose not too. The used sales manager Dom lowballed me hard on my trade in. I was able to sell my trade in privately a week after my new purchase for $9500 more then he offered. I wasn't trying to get what I could in a private sale but wanted a reasonable trade it so I didn't have to deal with any tire kickers. During the finance portion, Finance tried to force me into multiple unnecessary added expenses and fees but I knew better. Cant really be upset at this as its their job to try. Over all, I was satisfied with my purchase. The trunk had a final price of what I wanted to pay. The truck has been put to good use and has been running great. Thanks again Roman! More

Third times the charm. My first purchase end of November 2011 was a good experience trading out of another brand for a new 2012 Ram 1500 (albeit a base model). Second purchase intent in April 2014 was to upgrade. In the end I was not impressed with the team, the sales person did not seem to be very experienced or informative, questions and communications that required other team members was relayed through this person and not directly to myself, very confusing. Upsell and pressure tactics seemed to be a high priority in closing the deal. Third trip to Grove Dodge in April 2017 to upgrade again was the best experience to date. Glad to see much has changed. Jessica was a pleasure to deal with answering any questions directly or providing introduction to staff that could and would reply directly to my concerns without upsell or pressure to close (Thank you Mark and Dom). I am happy that I gave the dealership another opportunity and will recommend Grove Dodge. More
