Adam is an absolute Gem in an industry full of Rocks I am not an easy person to deal with. Now that that is out of the way, I have only glowing reviews of Adam and the team at Grove Dodge. I have bought elsewhere and multiple dealerships, always trying to find the right deal or fit. Funny how I end up back here. I have now purchased 4 new vehicles through Adam and this was his hardest deal. He had to either source my 'unicorn' or order me one, which wouldn't have been convenient. We eventually decided on an out of Province unit that he had to bring in for me so I could have a truck for my new job in time. He went out of his way to accessorize and make sure everything was just right. Most dealers are about volume and the quick sale, This was not that, and he still took the time to attend to my needs. His before and after sales was nothing but professional and fun at the same time. He catered to me and to my Wife and Kids making them feel welcome and included.
