I did not feel pressured at any time throughout the sales process and felt both Drew and Dom had my best interests in mind. The finance process was quick and I received extremely fair trade in value for my old vehicle. I only had a couple of areas of challenge 1) It took some time to agree to a final price which ended up being the vehicles published sale price on their website. My bad for not knowing what the sale price was, but that should have been our starting price. And 2) the $500 deposit taken at the time of agreement was not listed in the financing agreement. I had to request it be refunded to my credit card a week after the sale. All in all, it was a very good experience and I would recommend and buy from this dealership again. More

Lucky for me, Drew had happened to answer my initial sales call to the dealership. From the first conversation then, to the final one on delivery, Drew was class. Easy to talk to, knowledgeable and straight forward, Drew made the process very comfortable. Even going the extra mile and entertaining my 2 boys, 7 & 4, giving us the opportunity to sit with finance in peace. haha That is where Mark entered the fray. His no BS, straight forward approach is refreshing. You either want to add coverage or not, right? We weren't interested in sitting there "building rapport" for an hour before we get to business and thankfully, neither was Mark. He was very professional as well as personable. Although we didn't spend much face-time with Mr. Gulli, there was no need. He managed the deal efficiently and fairly from the perimeter. We appreciated his involvement when it was required. Overall it was the best experience we've had with a dealer and I have no issue recommending Grove Dodge for anyone wanting a great used vehicle with no BS.
