Drew marr is trash and super SHADY ! over 2 weeks ago my mother and I went into Grove dodge to look for a vehicle she was really interested in. I inquired about the vehicle online and was over 2 weeks ago my mother and I went into Grove dodge to look for a vehicle she was really interested in. I inquired about the vehicle online and was emailed the next day by Drew about the availability of the car. Without even disclosing any information about the vehicle he asked that i put down a $500 Deposit over the phone to "secure" a vehicle i haven't even looked at yet. As we got time to head out to the dealership we was Greeted by Drew and a guy named Andre who ended up being just someone they brought in for the day to hold a private sale and make it seem like they were offering $100-$500 off Warranty and services but realistically they were useless as financing didn't take till Monday and the coupons for that point became invalid. As we got a call to let us know we had been Approved for the vehicle we made arrangements to pickup the vehicle 2 weeks later at the same time fill out our paperwork. At this point we were not notified what the price of the vehicle had become after finance but Drew insisted we must meet as soon as possible to sign papers cause he "needed" to get them in and not wait till pickup day which we found quite odd but still met him at a Tim Horton's. I asked him on multiple occasions about pricing and warranty and his only response would be " ill let you know". In the middle of my mom signing the papers he reveals to us that the price of the vehicle has TRIPLED and that we would not be getting any warranty for the vehicle !! Totally Insulting and made it seem like it was ok to spend that type of money for a used car. I go on to call him he avoids my calls and text messages and when he does call back totally acts like nothing happend and that everything is all good. After confronting him about his shady tactics he had his sales manager Dom give me a call who happend to be a lot easier to talk to and was able to offer us cash towards warranty which made it a lot more reasonable for the price we was paying for the vehicle. Drew is a SHADY slime ball who shouldn't even be allowed to sell ice cream with his tactics. total piece of xxxx whos not looking to put you in a better place but only there to feed his greedy pockets. Save yourself the trouble and just go straight to Dom. ** Also everyone should know that they offer a full tank of gas if you write a good review on there page so im pretty certain that most of these good reviews you see are bought and probably not what really happend. ** More

Stony Plain Chrysler does business by blowing their egos and bad mouthing other dealers. I have never felt so much pressure buying something. They also lied on credit application, changing numbers just so the deal can go through. Once we purchased from Grove Dodge I came back so my parents can get their deposit back. The sales person made fun of my mom and made her cry for making a "bad decision" and told her she is not welcome at Stony Plain Chrysler. Stay clear of this independently owned dealership. There is no one they answer to therefore get away with treating you like crap. Thumbs up for Steve and Tyler from Grove Dodge! See you in 30 days! Always use Grove Dodge! More
