Lots of up front promises We purchased a 2017 Caravan on Boxing Day 2017. The sales person Tyler and the sales manager said it had a blue ray in the back for our daughter. Wh We purchased a 2017 Caravan on Boxing Day 2017. The sales person Tyler and the sales manager said it had a blue ray in the back for our daughter. When we got it home we tried to put in the blue ray disc, not a blue ray a DVD. We called the dealership and they said they would check if they could change it. They said not do able. I said something else to make amends, they said mats for the rear. They discovered they don't make the molded mats for the rear. I said put in a video screen for the rear viewer, that's where things went off the rails. After numerous promises about making this right they have stopped returning my calls. I have left Dom the sales manager 19 voicemail... I guess we have different concepts of customer care and follow up. More
