Excellent and extremely quick service I am extremely pleased with my experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Due to tight scheduling all of my interactions were done via text I am extremely pleased with my experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Due to tight scheduling all of my interactions were done via text and the application was done over the phone. We went in the next day and everything had went through. We test drove the vehicle and signed the papers within an hr and drove the new vehicle home. I am still blown away at how easy and convenient the whole process was. Definitely would recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

Stony isn't that far.. Everything went well up until the paperwork was signed, minus the lack of knowledge of the salesman. Then he promised us the vehicle by Monday an Everything went well up until the paperwork was signed, minus the lack of knowledge of the salesman. Then he promised us the vehicle by Monday and disappeared to never be seen again. on Monday we got a call to say it'd be ready this afternoon. by 6pm we were told it was never going to be ready Monday but rather Tuesday 2-3pm. Tuesday comes, we call and are told now its 6 because it needs fuel. When we got there at 6pm, it wasn't ready. No fuel. I noticed the windshield they replaced (they promised an original Jeep windshield but installed an aftermarket cheap one). The best comes from the GM though! When we went to let him know of our issues, he chose to be condescending to my wife. Comparing her 35k$ car to his 10yo daughter's juice. Downplaying the entire thing and refusing to address the issues instead offering one single free oil change ( which are already free anyways). I don't feel I was respected as a person, let alone as a Veteran (which they knew). I didn't fight for these chicken necking cowards to lie to me and try and rip me off that's just not right. It's up to you where you go but if respect is a value of yours, there's other dealerships out there. P.S.: They do not offer any deal to Veterans which is odd since other jeep dealership have in the past. Just saying.. More

Last minute oil change, greatly appreciated Dropped by later in the day to have my 2017 Ram 1500 serviced for an oil change. Talked to David and after checking on scheduling was able to not only fit me in but had it done with 30 minutes tops. Also scheduled my recall notice for a time that was convenient for me.
