I felt respected and valued as a professional woman. As a well educated, professional woman it can be difficult to navigate the terrain of major purchases in areas that I know nothing about (i.e. cars). Overall I felt excellent about my experience at this dealership. Mark and Domenico in particular helped to make me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to do so. They executed their behaviour in a client-centred way and immediately addressed the few issues I did have.I would recommend that other women in my demographic give this dealership a chance since they will feel comfortable and respected. Excellent customer service. I brought my journey in for an oil change and to get my key fobs looked at as they have not been working properly. I had such a great experience. I had nice young man shuttle me to Walmart while I waited. He was very polite and easy to talk to. When I came back to get my car I was very happy that they had fixed my fobs and even washed my car for me. I was very impressed with the friendly customer service I recieved. We usually go to Crosstown because that is where we bought our car. But I like that I can get exceptional service so close to home. More

Service and Maintenance Dept. I experienced my Dummy light for low tire pressure. I was unable to remove the caps on my tires. When I enquired about getting assistance I was informed that Their business was not equipped for assisting at the air pump. ed for my invoice I was told it was complimentary.So I decided to attend the Dealership where I purchased the van They have always been exceptionally good whenever I have gone there. There were two males and one female working at the time and they were very friendly, positive, made me feel welcome. All 3 were asking questions to assure I was being tended to and that the work would be done in a short moment. The young gentleman that did the tire pressure was also very polite and cheerful. Being unaware of the complimentary service, I enquired about an invoice being informed it was complimentary. Of course, I was pleased to hear that. Again This service department came through for me. Now I know why I continually use the service. Thank you for being a business that makes me feel comfortable and proud to utilize. More
