Excellent customer service Bought our new Ram 1500 from Grove in 2017, we were on our way out of town for holidays with the family when our truck broke down and left us stranded Bought our new Ram 1500 from Grove in 2017, we were on our way out of town for holidays with the family when our truck broke down and left us stranded on the highway. We managed to get towed into Spruce Grove, spent the night in our trailer in the Walmart parking lot. The next day we went over to Grove Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and met our AWESOME sales guy Roman Karpinsky. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us a couple of options to look at with absolutely no pressure to buy. After our test drive we made our decision. Within a couple hours (including the test drive) we were driving away with our brand new truck and heading to pick up our trailer from Walmart and starting our holidays in a brand new truck. Every time we go back for service on the truck Roman always greets us with a smile and always makes us feel welcome and like we are family. He always takes time to say hi and have a conversation with us. He gave us the best experience we have ever had purchasing a new vehicle, Thanks Roman. Excellent and extremely quick service I am extremely pleased with my experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. We test drove the vehicle and signed the papers within an hr and drove the new vehicle home. I am still blown away at how easy and convenient the whole process was.
