Very very disappointed I bought a used Jeep there in September. I was told as part of the sales pitch that due to the fact that I drive extensively (close to 100,000 kms/yea I bought a used Jeep there in September. I was told as part of the sales pitch that due to the fact that I drive extensively (close to 100,000 kms/year) that they would put new tires and alignment etc. 4 months later take it in for servicing to be told that needs new tires and alignment, etc, when I raised that this was supposed to be done back in September was told ‘oh no we would never do that’. And, of course, the sales guy we dealt with is no longer with the company. Dealing with these people has left an extremely bitter taste in my mouth. More

Disappointing In July of 2018 I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Grove Dodge. Tyler Bunz was the sales rep who facilitated the purchase which went superbly. On Ja In July of 2018 I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Grove Dodge. Tyler Bunz was the sales rep who facilitated the purchase which went superbly. On January 15th 2019 I sought out Tyler again to purchase another vehicle through Grove Dodge. Unfortunately Tyler was away on holidays and I was directed to another sales rep. This purchase did not go well and resulted in a number of issues keeping me at the dealership for nearly 10 hours to finalize the purchase. A couple days after the purchase I contacted the dealership and asked for someone from the senior management team to call me. I have yet to receive a call back a week later. I have purchased two new vehicles through Grove Dodge in 6 months and would think my return business would be worth a call back. More

Pleasantly surprized Like alot of dealerships,sometimes very pushie to make a sale..we were terrified ..I went in with the attitude that I wasn't gonna get pushed into a v Like alot of dealerships,sometimes very pushie to make a sale..we were terrified ..I went in with the attitude that I wasn't gonna get pushed into a vehicle we didnt need nor afford..BUT ..we were treated very nice..I was demanding n was determined to get the best deal ever...Gary our salesman..he was super fantastic..bartering back n forth over color n options n different trucks..it had to be a certain color.. picky picky picky..but Gary was so patient ..making the deal sweeter n sweeter to resist..it was all about what WE wanted didnt push us..if anything I was the plushie one..the deal was fast n exciting..the staff all helping make our experience the best ever..we travelled a long way..we had our puppy with us which he was fussed over n even got pop corn as a treat..we had 2 salesmen ..Gary and also Christian who had to take over for Gary was awesome as well..both very professional ..very helpful ..very kind..we wll recommend grove to all our friends and also to all the people we had commenting on how sweet the truck is..GREAT JOB..THANK U FOR MAKING US SMILE More

successfully solved a chronic issue same day! after having to drive our truck to Grove dealership with the alarm system beeping and causing a lot of embarrassment and frustration, Dave immediately after having to drive our truck to Grove dealership with the alarm system beeping and causing a lot of embarrassment and frustration, Dave immediately took the truck in and provided me a shuttle home with a very pleasant driver.
