I have purchased BMW's from two of the other local BMW dealerships and I have to say this experience was by far the best. Park Shore is the furthest dealership from my house, but I will definitely be back dealerships and I have to say this experience was by far the best. I appreciate that I was not left standing around waiting for things to happen. When I went in to pick up the car at the scheduled time Mike texted me that he was tied up for a few minutes on a demonstration and in the meantime was asked to see another person in the dealership until he got back. That person was waiting for me with a smile when I arrived and directed me immediately to the finance department. Yes a small detail, but leaves a lasting impression with respect to customer service.
