I knew about the quality of the BMW product but I was not sure, rather, anxious to see if the staff would match the high reputation of their product. From the time I walked in, I was greeted by a very professional staff member and my whole experience was great until I drove out of the show room last week with their first 2019 BMW 430i x drive cabriolet. I can only say that the sales manager and his team are professional people who helped me with my dream of owning a cabriolet and they went out of their way to make sure I would happy with my decision. Te sales manager and his team added a very nice personal touch to the whole experience before I drove away and I will remember this feeling for a long time. More
