It took a little longer than expected for delivery of the truck and there were a few mix ups involving the service department and the extra options that we chose on our vehicle. However in the end all was rectified and we are very pleased with our new truck. More

I was Looking for a Canadian Value Package Dodge Caravan And I found one thanks to Geoff! I had been looking on the website for a particular van that I wanted and when I emailed to ask if it was available Ge And I found one thanks to Geoff! I had been looking on the website for a particular van that I wanted and when I emailed to ask if it was available Geoff responded to my email very quickly with yes, come on in and see it. This is my 3rd van so I really knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it! Unfortunately I was not able to come in when Geoff was there so he asked me to meet with his sales manager Decio that evening. When I arrived Decio brought the van out for me to look at it and I was a little disappointed that it did not have tinted windows, that didn't seem to be an issue with Decio he told me they would tint them for me no problem! I had a price quote from Dilawri and Decio had no issue giving me a better deal. Needless to say everything I wanted and asked for Geoff and Decio said yes to so I had to say yes to them, and I bought myself a brand new 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan! Joe was also great to deal with when filling out the paperwork for the van. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and that's why I have returned as a loyal customer. More

Mike got to work right away and it was very hot that day but he made us feel right at home there while he went out in that heat and searched for some options for us in lot once he found one he would go have it plated and start and brought to the sales door for us to test drive .... really I felt like I did not have a worry in the world and we ended up with a 2011 dodge journey and we love it ... but when we look back on that day the thing that really stands out in my mind is not just the suv but it's Mike and how he made this life change such and easy thing to do .... we have bought a total of 9 cars and trucks in the past 24 months we had some good sales people ....
