I've thought things over, and that review was unfair. I ordered my car on December 1st, and Geoff told me that he would let me know when the VIN was assigned so I could track the build. The car arrived on the truck on January 21st, surprising everyone, including the dealership. I was disappointed that I didn't have a chance to track the build, but neither I nor anyone at the dealership had any idea that the factory would get it done so quickly. I should have kept that in mind. There was a huge miscommunication (including on my part) when it came to the financing. I thought Joe knew about the 90 days no payment, and it caught me off guard when it wasn't in the contract. I should have opened my big yap & said something, as he would have changed the terms immediately. I was disappointed too that I could not get a lift from my residence to the dealership in the courtesy shuttle, but there again, that is something I should have arranged with Geoff the day the car arrived, not the morning of the day I was supposed to pick it up. Love the car, the muscle car I've always dreamed of. I give a new review of 4 stars, and if the system allowed the awarding of partial stars, Geoff and the team at Ottawa Dodge would get 4.25-4.5 stars. :) Thanks, folks. Rob More

Service for a recall When I got the recall letter from Dodge, the parts were not available. When I got the 1st reminder I called the dealer and the rep (Raj) confirmed tha When I got the recall letter from Dodge, the parts were not available. When I got the 1st reminder I called the dealer and the rep (Raj) confirmed that one of the 2 parts was in stock and that he would call when the other part arrived. He called the next day and we agreed on the date/time of the service call. When I showed up for the recall the service person, Charles Dinelle, checked what the recall was about and advised the duration of the repair. He also checked that the tel numbers on file were still accurate. Since I was waiting, he kept me appraised of the progress. The repair took less time than planned and I was happily on my way in a freshly washed vehicle. More
