Spencer was helpful, knowledgeable, never pushy, and when he didn't know he found out. He advocated for what I was requesting and followed up with me even long after the sale had gone through and his part was done. My salesman was so friendly, and he made sure that I was taken care of entirely. Lucky for me there was remaining extended warranty still left on the vehicle so I had peace of mind that should anything break or need repair, then the cost would be covered under warranty. I most recently had my own mechanic do a check-up to make sure everything was running smoothly, and he provided me with a list of needed repairs to take to my dealership to see if anything could be covered under the warranty. My fear was that "the fine print" on the warranty may pose problems. Being a skeptic, I fully expected to have to go to battle with the service department at Ottawa Dodge. I was pleasantly surprised by the impeccable service I received. The Service Advisor was very courteous, listened to what I had to say, and reassured me that all of my repairs would be covered. Booking the appointment to leave my car, and their shuttle service was easy and convenient. The needed repairs ended up taking one day longer to complete, but my Service Advisor made sure to have a rental vehicle ready for me at no extra charge. I'm shocked that everything went so smoothly, with virtually no interruptions in my work schedule, or unpleasant surprises with having to pay for repairs not covered under warranty fine print. He was willing to work with us on the final price for the vehicle, to make sure we were happy with what we were paying. We had finance options explained clearly to us, but never felt that we were being pushed down a particular path. I found the whole process really exciting really as it went so smoothly. More

Fast and excellent warranty repair Handbrake broke. Called the service department to schedule an appointment and got the timeslot I was looking for. When I got there, the Technical Advisor was respectful and courteous. He wasn't sure if they could repair today, because of he didn't think they would have this part in stock. Got a mechanic to have a look right away. Within 10 mins I had my car back and I was on my way to work. They ordered the part and the day after they fixed it. I asked that it be ready before 1pm, and they got it done at 10:30. Again, excellent fast efficient service. I would recommend any time. More
