Pretty easy going but a few nuisances I came to Ottawa Dodge with a previous quote from Orleans Dodge and asked them to beat their price. Due to a policy, at Orleans Dodge I was told I I came to Ottawa Dodge with a previous quote from Orleans Dodge and asked them to beat their price. Due to a policy, at Orleans Dodge I was told I couldn't copy any finance information from the quote as a precaution. So when I approached Ottawa Dodge I had to rely on my own memory of the quote. Anyhow, I went to Ottawa Dodge and provided accurate numbers to the original quote and asked them to beat it, and they did. However, they seemed to have forgotten I asked for tinted windows and a rust module until we met with the financial advisor. After taking that into account, our payment went back up to the original Orleans Dodge quote. Just that method of dealing has upset and disappointed me. The advisor also added a $20 fee for someone to go renew our licensing stickers for us without verbally letting us now it had a cost associated to it. The sales person was pleasant and very kind. She provided all the specs and information we needed ,however, some information, she didn't have an answer for off the top of her head. All in all my experience with Ottawa Dodge was good. All the staff seem friendly and I do feel they try to get the customer the fairest deal. More

Dishan was one who sold me the car and he kept me updated on the whole process, From when the car left the dealership it was coming from until it reached them. They made sure I had everything I needed and offered me coffee. Dilshan even set up my phone to the bluetooth in the car before I left the lot. I LOVE my new Jeep! I would def come back here if I ever needed another car, but only if they let Dishan wear the chicken suite again! ( you had to be there) I know I got a great deal esp for a straight across trade! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! More
