Sleezy Went to look at purchasing a vehicle from there today and was very disappointed. The salesman seemed uneducated about there own sales to start with. Then quoted me several thousand more for the vehicle I had gone there to look at that had a cheager price online and when asked about it tried to act like it was another vehicle and only after I provided the Web page on my phone did he admit that it was the same vehicle. I quoted another dealerships promotion and was told it would only happen if he wrote down their price and he wasn't about to do that for me he said, at which point I provided the Web page and explained I didn't need his peice of paper. He spent a good porion of his time with us trash talking his last employer which was a competeing dealership in town that I had quote a deal from, which looked very trashy in my opinion. After acting very confused about pricing and then badgering me for "what it was going to take to get me to leave with that vehicle today?" I made an offer which he acted excited about had me sign a little scrap of paper saying i would take that deal and ran off to his manager who came out a few minutes later and was nothing but rude. I assume he was having a bad day but if that was the case he shouldn't have left his office. He explained to me that they can't take anything lower than the MSRP on new cars because he is already loosing money on them and that's not where they make there money. If this is the case why did the salesperson even ask me "what is it going to take to get you to leave with the vehicle today?" If they can't bargain or why did he make a big deal about the offer I gave him knowing that they couldn't possibly come close to that if thats the case. I went prepared to negotiate on a price and the managet had no want to negotiate even though I expressed that I had room for negotiation. I would have understood not making a deal and been happy to leave on good terms if we couldnt agree on something and maybe visited in the future but was met with stonewalling about pricing and felt treated as if I was an idiot. He threw many numbers around that were not a factor such as taxes on the MSRP pricing which would not have applied to the "sale" price they were selling it for to maybe try fluffing things up but just made him look bad. More

The sales associate (Stephanie) helped me to find the vehicle I wanted and was very upbeat and helpful, given the stress of buying a new vehicle. I would've given 5 stars across the board, but my stress was increased when I spoke with the finance rep who stated "the bank needed to see warranty" when it wasn't the case. I would have walked away and looked elsewhere were it not for Stephanie's help and guidance. Since then I have been once to have a minor repair completed, and the Service Department was prompt and extremely courteous. Thank you Stephanie!! I have this amazing dream vehicle because of you! Their prices are excellent and they delivered my new Chrysler cheerfully and with great attention. I particularly appreciated the service that I received from Sean Tasse, sales manager, Herby Pierre, salesman and Rob Nadeau, financing officer. Pat, their receptionist deserves special mention also, for meeting my first aid needs in helping me to remove a splinter. Sean was ready and always on the spot with knowledgable, sound advice and helpful support. Herby was a joy to drive with when I tested out my new vehicle, providing humourous, entertaining and lively stories while explaining the operation and functionality of my new car. Rob was thorough with his clear explanations regarding financing and extended warranty options to me. Amazing experience All I originally wanted to do was see if my Dodge Caliber was worth anything to trade in for in order for me to ascertain if I should drive it until i All I originally wanted to do was see if my Dodge Caliber was worth anything to trade in for in order for me to ascertain if I should drive it until it dies or trade it for something more. So I will admit that it was a little off putting that we did not start with the appraisal first... But after meeting Dilshan and Rob, it wasn't long until we started talking about what I could afford to pick up without even considering the trade first; Which meant that if my car had been worth more than what it was, I could of have saved more... We made a list of affordable options. and then me and Dilshan went for a tour on the lot while Rob talked financials with the bank.. Dilshan knew xxxx near everything that needed to be told about every vehicle he showed me, but was real quick to list every detail about the Journey once he seen my interest... He is very knowledgeable about what all is on the lot, and a great person to converse with on any range of topics, which, coincidentally helped detail out my needs that led us to the Journey, which wasn't even on the list! He just knew it was on the lot, and gravitated us towards it to confirm the price on the window! It was more affordable than all the other options, while meeting all my needs! While Dilshan was showing me around, Rob was proving himself to be some kind of financial guru! No joke! This Journey is practically new, and I got it on a rate that absolutely destroys my first car's purchase experience with another dealership! And he was also honest and fourth coming about everything involved, even when it finally came to my appraisal of this Caliber I had (My second car).. I knew my current vehicle wasn't worth much, but I didn't know just how bad it really was.. And they still shaved over 2k from the price on the Journey! And secured me more credit with my bank to boot! The end result is that I am the proud owner of a practically brand new Dodge Journey with less than 30k kilcks on her! Even had a slice of pizza with them, some tea, and a bunch of conversations that had absolutely nothing to do with why I was there! This was the last place I would think to have a meaningful conversation about roofing (My line of work)! I wasn't just treated like a respectable customer, I was treated like a friend they haven't seen in a long while! And that made the whole experience that much more comfortable. I am one satisfied buyer and highly recommend their combined services! More

I had a squeaking noise coming from the engine area, which lasted over a year. Two of the last times I took my Jeep in to Dilawri to have the seals changed for a roof leak, I mentioned the squeaking sound coming from under the hood. Brought the Jeep in twice and both times they told me they heard absolutely nothing. So on the 26th of May, 2016 I brought my Jeep to another dealership to have them listen to the sound and book an appointment to bring it in. That's when I decided to go to Ottawa Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat on St Laurent Blvd. At this point I was tired of hearing the sound and afraid of the damage this ongoing issue may cause. Charles Dinelle of Ottawa Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat on St. Laurent, heard the noise immediately and booked me in for the following Monday. Guess what?! My water pump needed to be replaced, so they replaced it. On top of that they offer better shuttle service and they washed the outside of my Jeep. Can't get better customer service than that. I will definitely keep visiting them and will also buy my next vehicle there. I definitely recommend this location. More
