Stuck with me through the times Met Rob 5 1/2 years ago and he and Ottawa dodge team put me into a Ram from a ford ranger and then into a charger sxt. Always worked hard for me throughout the years, he gets me the best financing and picks out a good vehicle from the Ottawa Dodge lot that would suit me and my needs and my income. I'm proud to say he picked out a beaut 2016 Ram SXT 4x4. which I think is one awesome truck. More

Service Will never buy another car there very disappointed with them brought my charger for checkup told me nothing wrong but transmission was always slipping Will never buy another car there very disappointed with them brought my charger for checkup told me nothing wrong but transmission was always slipping and have been telling them many times plus other problems they always said oh nothing wrong and not even 2 months later bunch of problems and of course warranty just expired and paid a lot of money for car will never buy there again and have always bought from them and my whole family has bought from them for many many years More

He went straight to the point, explained to me what car I can get into and answered ALL my questions without sugar coating the facts. I never felt any pressure from Herby, he listened to what I wanted and didn't want in a car. He never was biased, his opinions were base on my interests only. His expertise helped me in making my finale decision and I can say I'm truly happy with the Chrysler 200. I strongly recommend Ottawa Dodge to anybody that has credit issues or not. They actually DO listen.Thanks again guys!!!! More
