excellent service from Charles Dinelle This morning i brought in my wives fiat 500c for service. she was concerned with a relatively loud knocking noise coming from the front left of the c This morning i brought in my wives fiat 500c for service. she was concerned with a relatively loud knocking noise coming from the front left of the car when she accelerated out of 1st gear. i explained to Charles what my wife had heard and told me he would have it looked at and get back to me. by 1pm. At 1230 i received a call from Charles indicating that the car was ready to go. It just need some tightening on the suspension and a wheel alignment. When i picked up the car it was all washed and ready to go..........with no charge for the service. We were terrified that there were major expensive problems with the car, and frankly we would not have argued if some major work had been done. it is very rare to find an automobile service rep with the knowledge and integrity of Charles Dinelle. We feel comfortable having our Fiat and Jeep Cherokee in his hands. Thanks Charles. Paul and Michele. More

I was fortunate to be dealing with Rob Nadeau (Finance Manager) with my particular situation. 10 months prior, I bought a used car from a used car dealership. Everything seemed fine until one day the engine went and needed to be replaced. I decided to bite the bullet and return to the same dealership to see if they could help me get into another vehicle. I wasn't expecting them to buy back the broken car or refund me anything, I just wanted them to do what they could to put me in a new vehicle and find a bank that was willing to take the negative equity and add it on to the new loan. I was well aware my new payments was going to be a lot higher, all I wanted them to do was go up to bat for me. I was contacted by the other dealership and they told me that my interest rate was not much better than before (even though I made all my bi-weekly payments on time). So they told me that my only option was a Chevy Cruze...which I wasn't excited about. They didn't even have any other options for me. Basically the told me no one would be able to help me and that they were my only option that was willing to help because I dealt with them before. Something seemed fishy. I had my eye set on a 2015 Charger, and a Chevy Cruze was not my style. Rob Nadeau was recommended to be by Josh Tadashore (Ottawa Chrysler Customer Care representative). I thought there could be no harm in seeing another dealership and I was right. Ottawa Chrysler not only found me a 2015 Dodge Charger that had everything I wanted, they also showed me the financial information my previous dealership shared with me was incorrect. In fact my interest rate did drop dramatically and I was eligible for a vehicle that I wanted. Allan Garner (Sales Rep) showed me multiple options and was very informative about the features of each car. He knew I wanted the Charger and the whole team did whatever they needed to do to make that happen...with no down payment! I will be referring everyone I know that is shopping for a new vehicle to see Rob, Josh, and Allan at Ottawa Chrysler on St. Laurent and MacArthur in Ottawa. The knowledge they have and most importantly the way they treated me has made me a Dodge fan for life! Great work guys and thank you so much once again! Doug H. More

Overall I had a very pleasant and friendly experience with Ottawa Dodge but was a little disheartened by the push to sell extra warranty under the premise that the bank required it which I don't believe to be true.
