Good place so far. Bought a used 2016 town and country that seems to have it's issues. Heated seat element already burnt out. Now there is a loud whirling sound with starting so have to bring it in again. But that's not the sales person (Stephanie) fault. On and brighter note Stephanie was very easy going and a pleasure to deal with. When I came back for the service to fix the heated seat she got the detailing department to remove some scratches they was discovered on pickup. Services had the car finished in 2 hours and I was on my way with Stephanie saying goodbye as I drove out the door. It's a bit if a drive for me to get to this dealership by I'll go back again as I'm pleased with the service so far. More

The worst Purchased a 2008 Charger took just short of 3 weeks to get the car ready. Finally when it's ready drive to pick up and wait 2 hours why the sales lad Purchased a 2008 Charger took just short of 3 weeks to get the car ready. Finally when it's ready drive to pick up and wait 2 hours why the sales lady puts plates on. Go to leave the air pressure light comes on go back in and was told to just drive it light will go off. Take the car to get snow tires on and find out Tire was leaking air. Log nuts were stripped and come to find out there was an issue where the car shouldn't have passed safety. Not impressed at all don't buy a used car from this place.... More

HORRIBLE Service! I wish I had read reviews before buying from Ottawa Dodge. I bought a 2017 Dodge Ram 1 month ago. To begin with the pick up. My wife and I waited 2 ho I wish I had read reviews before buying from Ottawa Dodge. I bought a 2017 Dodge Ram 1 month ago. To begin with the pick up. My wife and I waited 2 hours for the truck (when they called us in the first place to come in since it was ready) they didn't know why we were there our which truck we had purchased. They literally had no idea what was going on. They had lost the KEYS! Yes the KEYS. Employees were just standing there as we were waiting alone and not knowing what was taking so long. Once we finally got the keys the truck was not well washed, missing wheel lock nuts, tunnel cover and was empty on fuel (all things we paid for). I installed his own license plates because the persons working didn't know how. I think we can all agree that we weren't off at a good start. Be careful for what you pay for! We got the nitrogen filled tires with the wheel lock nuts and we were told that this package would guarantee us if anything were to happen with the wheels it would be completely covered. We mentioned the day after pick up that there was a wheel not holding it's air, they never checked them and now only a month later I noticed that this whole time it was a nail in the tire. I brought it in today to get it serviced (they did not mention any price or anything about me paying) when we got there it was a 325$ bill for a new tire? What about the warranty??! There is currently under 3000 Kms only owned it for approximately 1 month if even, decided I would leave a review after I see what kind of service they offer hoping they would regain our customer satisfaction. All in all 1 star review feeling very generous. DO NOT buy here, completely regret my choice in location and safe to say I won't be buying from here EVER again. More
