Dilshan listed the option/features/equipment variations in each of the vans we expressed an interest. We appreciated his approach to sales and his knowledge of the vehicles. At no time did we feel strong pressure to buy. However... a few hours later, we did purchase a Chrysler Town/Country van. We do need to go back for a possible wheel alignment. I have no doubt that the service team will meet our expectations. More

Decent experience with a few hiccups I would recommend this "dodge" dealer over others in Ottawa however my purchase didn't go without a hitch or two. I was told that my vehicle was equip I would recommend this "dodge" dealer over others in Ottawa however my purchase didn't go without a hitch or two. I was told that my vehicle was equipped with xm radio and learned after the fact when I went to transfer it (xm subscription) that it wasn't- bummer. Then learned from the used car manager that the car got 4 new rotors- yes in a way it makes up for the lack of XM radio however I believe the new rotors were part of a safety. If the rotors were safe and I was given a choice to install XM i'd have installed XM, if you're told it has something and it doesn't do you use "safety parts" as a substitute? I didn't feel like getting into an argument with the sales manager so I just let it go. Dilshan was great to deal with, he made the sale a great experience- the guy bends over backwards to make the buyer happy. I can't say enough positive things about him, very personable. If I were to be critical, the sales reps need more power to make decisions on the spot rather than to have to go back to a manager to get permission to make the sale go through by making up for a mistake. All I wanted was a bit of money to buy a XM module- that never happened and now i'm stuck trying to solve the XM problem. Dilshan should have been able to say we'll credit you the cost of the module and call it good. I know , it's XM radio, but I had it in my van for 3 years and listened to it on trips religiously. He went back to the sales manager and asked, was denied and then i was told I got new rotors. The service department on the other hand was very frustrating. There was a tire swap that was supposed to happen- I ended up getting the car back at 4:15 instead of 3 as I was told which made me late to leave for a 5 hr trip. Then I spoke to Dilshan who informed me a day later that the technician th forgot to put my wheel lock back in the car. I hope the owner of the dealership gets to review these responses and can make adjustments in the processes- both with sales representatives and service. Thanks More
