Back in 2002, I bought my first Honda Accord at Ottawa Honda and, due to your excellent custom I am an extremely satisfied customer of Ottawa Honda. Back in 2002, I bought my first Honda Accord at Ottawa Honda and, due to your excellent customer service and quality vehicles, I returned to your dealership to purchase a new 2014 Honda Accord Touring. Your sales associate, Nicholas Bryant, was most courteous and informative. I did not feel pressured or rushed during our appointment. Nicholas took the time to explain and demonstrate the numerous features on the Touring. He even programmed my radio stations and connected my cell phone through Bluetooth. Nicholas has great social and interpersonal skills. He displayed great professionalism and provided exceptional customer service. This weekend, yes weekend, we had are Van serviced for the first time. The service bay was empty and clean the doors open automatically and allowed us to drive in. As part of the purchase deal of our van we had winter rims and sensor. We brought are own tires and the team at Ottawa Honda installed them and SURPRISE did not change us for mounting and installing the winter tires (Something we did not think of at the time of negotiation). GREAT service and on time... are old garage never was on time with there ETAs!!! Thank you Ottawa Honda!!! More
