Purchased a New 2013 Honda Pilot Touring and Bill H was very helpful. Was very friendly to deal with. Not the typical sales person. I own a 2008 Honda CR-V and have had it in for service several times now and have had great service every time I take it in. The latest time had to be a record, as I dropped in on a Thursday afternoon abo several times now and have had great service every time I take it in. The latest time had to be a record, as I dropped in on a Thursday afternoon about 3:30 pm and asked to have an oil change done while I waited. I had no appointment but when my maintenance light came on I thought I'd take a chance and get it serviced. It was nice that the service advisor said it would be no problem to get it done and that I should go to the lounge and have a coffee and they would page me once the work was completed. I made a coffee, sat down and watched about 1/2 hour of the news and was suddenly paged. I went to the service department and was pleasently surprised to find my CR-V ready to go. I was in and out in a total of about 45 minutes, NOW THAT'S GREAT SERVICE. Thanks Ottawa Honda for your great service, even the coffee was good. Bob Ward More

I found that our salesman, Bill Hourston, had just the right amount of "friendliness". I felt that he was tuned into what we wanted and yet there was absolutely no pressure, which would have sent me out right amount of "friendliness". He was as accommodating as possible and fully explained the various options available for both buying and leasing. I felt very comfortable at all times and in fact I will probably be bringing my father to meet with Bill. Laurie Martin was also very helpful in explaining the various warranty options and even though I had been determined not to take any of them, I did actually buy into the Honda Plus. Again, there was no pressure from her part, just a very matter-of-fact approach. I don't know about other customers but I find that refreshing, and it was a pleasure dealing with both these individuals. More
Before finally purchasing my 2013 Civic I had had several telephone conversations with Nicholas Bryant, as well as other sales representatives from other Honda dealers in Ottawa and beyond. Invariably, I alw telephone conversations with Nicholas Bryant, as well as other sales representatives from other Honda dealers in Ottawa and beyond. Invariably, I always came back to Nick. Even over the telephone he conveyed a sense of honesty and business ethics. My positive intuitions were finally confirmed when I actually met Nick for the first time. From our very first conversation, I felt that Nick was being up front and honest, explaining to me the various purchasing options available to me, comparing his product with others and essentially de-mystifying the oft-times stressful experience when purchasing a vehicle. I just wish I had discovered Nick when I purchased my 2012 Odyssey at a less than ethical Toronto based Honda dealership. Because I live in the east end and have my vehicle serviced at an east end Honda dealership, I had expected (wrongly as it turned out) some client loyalty with the purchase of a new vehicle. Nick and Ottawa Honda worked much harder in getting my business by listening to my needs and making me an attractive offer. Oddly enough, Nick and Ottawa Honda provided me with a sense of loyalty that I have not experienced at the east end dealership, where I have my vehicle serviced. I suggest that Ottawa Honda build a dealership in Orleans! More
Very pleased with the professionalism of the service department. Car was taken in at scheduled time, and returned bang on the estimated time to complete the work. The service advisor took his time to explain to me all that was done, what should be monitored and what items I did not have to worry about. As well, Marc the service manager has added a free oil change to my file to make up for the problems with my last service visit, which they had already apologised for. More
