Exceptional Orangeville Nissan Customer Service experience Tom Moore was my sales rep and I could not be more pleased with his customer service. I had been to several Nissan dealerships and Tom was by far the Tom Moore was my sales rep and I could not be more pleased with his customer service. I had been to several Nissan dealerships and Tom was by far the most friendly and accommodating. The first thing he asked me was, "what do you want out of this vehicle" followed by, "I'll try and make that happen for you". Tom made the usual horrific car shopping experience stressfree and customer-focused. 100% recommend. More

Terrable service Had a appointment on July 23 at &am took it in the day before it got in on July 24 was told they could not find the problem. I when in to the service dep't and had them come out and I showed the, what it was. I was told the gears were not meshing but the could not look at it until August 2 but I had already made a appointment on July 23 to have it fixed. Still not working can't get it in 6th gear. More

Orangeville Nissan experience. We went to Orangeville Nissan to buy used, 1-2 year old Roque because selection there was really great. We end up buying a brand new one. Ryan Wagner We went to Orangeville Nissan to buy used, 1-2 year old Roque because selection there was really great. We end up buying a brand new one. Ryan Wagner was outstanding. He guided us thru the whole process. From the test drive to signing the papers. Great experience and price too. Huge manufacturers rebate and great dealer discount. Actually we paid less for brand new Roque in Orangeville then in Newmarket, where dealership wanted more for 1 year old Roque with low mileage. Ryan Wagner was down to earth, very knowledgable and experienced salesman. He delivered the car with accessories the day and time he was supposed to. He attached my plates, hooked up my phone and offer other help. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Ryan to anyone. We love the Roque, it drives great and fuel consumption is really good. Thank you Ryan for your help. More
