However when I checked in I was told that you don't do bodywork and that I could buy the pen and do it myself. The service section should not be telling the opposite so please go over these things with service so that a customer is not disappointed to hear otherwise. More

Everything went well I was happy. I went in for an oil change, with an appointment for 9am. I was served promptly. I had a small issue regarding some rattling near the I was happy.
