I googled Toyota dealerships on April 16th, and although there was one closer to me, their reviews were far superior, so I visited OpenRoad the next day. After less than 2 relaxed, no pressure hours with Joanne, I happily signed on the dotted line for a 2021 Corolla. Although they had to bring my car from another dealership, I picked it up 4 days later. I love it!! All the amazing safety features are terrific and I feel much safer now on the fast moving Vancouver area streets. Everyone I dealt with was fabulous throughout the entire experience. I've owned Volvo's and Mercedes over the years, and OpenRoad is definitely on a par with those dealerships. More
