A sticker that needed to be place to my new car was forgotten so he went out of his way to call me the next day to make sure that I get the sticker. I was charged over 150$ for oil and filter change (the Service Advisor wrote it is 4 & 6 cyl. engine inspection which I DID NOT ask for nor he offered it to me).
