This is the 5th veh purchase from this dealership for our household since 2014. We have had Cyrus as our sales rep for the last four and would return again and recommend Cyrus to friends. Upon picking up our vehicle Mao provided us exceptional service, instruction, and patience as well (being newbies to the EV hybrid world). The only area we were not over the top about was the pressure sales for the extended warranty. It was just too much….even after clearly stating we weren’t interested. This needs to be wound down some. In fact, we actually starting questioning why we were buying a Toyota after being informed of the 40,000 parts, the likelihood that something would go wrong after the manufacturer’s warranty was up at 3 years, etc etc etc and how expensive it is to get things fixed, etc etc. We wish Toyota was a litter more competitive with the leaders of the pack as far as duration of the manufacturers warranty. Don’t get us wrong we LOVE our Toyotas and “our” dealership (where we consistently and by the book service our cars). Overall, the service and experience we have had from Port Moody Toyota has been excellent, so we sincerely hope you take the constructive criticism as a positive. More
