I registered for a hybrid Rav4 in 2022 at this dealership. I was told it takes around 9 months and I deposited $1000 for registering. They did not tell me that $1000 was not mandatory. Amazingly, when you go to Pitt meadows Toyota dealership, they do not ask for any deposit at registration time. From August 2023 to today, Jun 18th, 2024, they always said you are in the top 5 list. I cannot believe that they have not received a car every month. Additionally, when I ask to update every 5 months, they first ask me "Do you have a trade?" if I say no, they respond to me that we have other colors, not my selected colors. It is a shame for a Toyota dealership. I am a real fan of Toyota and if they would like to continue this circumstance, unlike my desire, I have to go to another Japanese or Korean dealership. All in all, they look for a customer to have a trade, and it seems they are not going to sell cars to other loyal customers of Toyota. Hope this message helps them to improve their customer service and sales departments. More
