Poor communication and questionable/non transparent pricing strategy. The salesperson put in some optional maintenance service option in the final price without asking us if we want it. We have to ask him what those are and it's only until then he explained those are optional items. He also never told us the red color will cost us extra until we see that on the invoice. He never offer us for a test drive until I had to ask him for one. After we bought the vehicle, someone called us about a week later saying the vehicle will be ready for pickup on Oct 30. We went there on Oct 30 at the appointment time and only until then the Finance person called us and informed us that the car is actually not ready and it's still at the port. We were at the parking lot already! They should have call us at least a day earlier! Overall, it's a really bad experience from this dealership. More

Ran into an issue with the salesman who was confusing the 4Runner we bought with another on the lot and thus gave us several incorrect details about this vehicle. We were rushing due to flying out the next 4Runner we bought with another on the lot and thus gave us several incorrect details about this vehicle. We were rushing due to flying out the next day and this brought about a few concerns due to incorrect information. Ultimately we bought the vehicle anyhow and they helped with a bit of compensation due to the incorrect details provided. A new battery was also provided and installed at their cost a couple weeks later when it was learned the one in the vehicle was only at about 50% power. More
