I have been at other recreation places in Regina for service and was not nearly as impressive as I was with Open Road. They were fast and professional and kept me updated on the status of my atv. Fantastic Store Open Road is great. They have a huge indoor showroom which was perfect when we were in looking at sleds (didn't have to stand in the cold). I was very Open Road is great. I was very happy to see that they also have a full service and parts department which will make things really easy when we plan to accessories our machine. The worst experience I have ever had The service department is a joke. After paying them $14,000 for repairs my boat is still in there shop. They give me a different excuse every time I go in there, don't bother calling you won't get a call back. I got a hour meter put on the boat, and it has 3.5 hours on it and the tell me my warranty is only 1 year yet it has been in there shop for 3 months. People do not go to this place you will be very disappointed. I can't rate them, they don't have negative ratings More
