Whitbys Worst Stay away from here! All fine and dandy until they take your money.... God forbid should you have to service your vehicle !! Took it in for an oil Stay away from here! All fine and dandy until they take your money.... God forbid should you have to service your vehicle !! Took it in for an oil change and they scratched my bumper and before that they scratched my ds passenger door and all they had to do is tighten the drivers seat. Gm plays nice but never returns the calls and service manager is probably the worst human ever. The service side of things is absolutely worrisome. Eventually everyone has to go in for service and I guarantee you those punks will destroy your car. More

We hadn't decided between an SUV or a Truck as we wanted a vehicle that would tow up to 5000lbs. We looked around during the summer. We decided to finally purchase a new vehicle this fall. After visiting a few other dealerships, the outstanding service and follow up from Phil McLean after our initial visit brought us back to Ontario Hyundi We are now happy owners of a Santa Fe XL. The dealership as a whole was good to deal with However Phil takes customer service up a few notches. The most professional and knowledgable salesperson we have ever dealt with. He would be an asset to any company. I hope the service aspect and the car can live up to the high bar that has been set by Phil! More
