Poor Customer Service I purchased my Chevy Cruise here 5 years ago and the service back then was amazing. I took extended warranty on my car but unfortunately expired Octob I purchased my Chevy Cruise here 5 years ago and the service back then was amazing. I took extended warranty on my car but unfortunately expired October 2016. I brought my car in last week to have it checked because I was having problems with the transmission. I was told that the car needed a new transmission or repairs on the current one and that the worse case scenario would be a 5K bill. I've asked to talk to the Manager to see if there was anything that it could be done since I've took and paid for extended warranty which expired recently, he simply answered no there's nothing that I can do, warranty expired!! no more questions asked, no negotiations, no sympathy.. I left very frustrated after paying $180 for the diagnosis (which I already knew- transmission problems). The Customer Service Manager had a very poor attitude. He should at least have sat down with me and provide me with a few options... he didn't care at all. Some of these Customer Service Managers don't mind to lose a customer... or a few. End up taking the car somewhere else where the customer service was excellent, I was provided a full detail on what needed to be replaced a break down of the costs and I saved over $1500. will not purchase any vehicle with this dealer in the future. More

Excellent Service!! i met Huseyin Baybars the very first time I took my car to Old Mill Cadillac. From that moment on, when dealing with Huseyin, he has gone "above and b i met Huseyin Baybars the very first time I took my car to Old Mill Cadillac. From that moment on, when dealing with Huseyin, he has gone "above and beyond" to assist me in any way that he can! In addition, every other staff member that I have met at the dealership have always been very respectful and caring with respect to my needs and the care of my car. However, I do try and see that I know Huseyin's schedule so that he is there when I come into the dealership. If, for some reason, he is not available, I know another staff member will be available. An American stuck in Toronto 3 days before Christmas I had run over a glass bottle in the snowstorm. Needed a new tire so to drive home to Philadelphia, PA for Christmas. Every shop was backed up and cou I had run over a glass bottle in the snowstorm. Needed a new tire so to drive home to Philadelphia, PA for Christmas. Every shop was backed up and could only help me by 12/27. Then I spoke with Huseyn, service writer and explained my problem. He said that my situation was unusual and deserved special consideration. I drove my 2016 XTS IN ON THE SPARE tire at 2pm. . Huseyn said the tire could not be repaired but he would order a new one and have it delivered the next day! I was ready to go again by Friday 12/23. Great, courteously service. Real personal attention. I drive from Philadelphia to Toronto regularly and will be happy to use Old Mill Cadillac for future service when in town! Thanks Huseyn! More

A1 service from start to finish I had a couple of small issues when I got my car. The team at old Mill (Vince and Eddie) took my car gave me a loaner car and fixed it promptly.
