There is nothing wrong with it. My family, especially my children, like it very much. Locked in dealership!! Argue over service on 5 wk old car In January 2018 I bought a pre-owned 2015 Buick Verano from this dealership. We were the last customers on Friday and they close at 6, but by the time In January 2018 I bought a pre-owned 2015 Buick Verano from this dealership. We were the last customers on Friday and they close at 6, but by the time paperwork on the car was completed by sales it was just after 6:30PM. We were advised to go and get the car by the front and we could leave. We settled into the car and within 15 minutes from leaving the sales office we went to leave the lot only to find that we were locked in, and the gates were closed. The sales person had left. We attempted to call the numbers we had for the 2 sales reps we worked with and both numbers were their office lines. We had to physically search the building to find a security sticker with a number on it, when we called they advised they no longer offer security services to this location, but kindly provided us with a number to reach the manager. Upon calling the manager, he took nearly an hour to get to us and open the gates and was unhappy about doing it and unapologetic. This was a total of 2.5 hours locked in the lot after hours. We were very close to just calling the police. We left this as is and did not write any poor review as we were happy to have the car. Within 4 weeks of driving the new car, teh CHECK ENGINE light appeared. I brought the car back to the dealership and spoke with Service. Service advised us there would be a $169 fee plus taxes to have a diagnostic test ran on the car. We flatly refused to pay because we had only had the car for 4 weeks and we also purchased a $3300 warranty. We were referred to speak to sales, and the Sales man we spoke with was EXTREMELY RUDE - he refused to pay for the diagnostic assessment and compared the purchase of the car to "buying a hairdryer and trying to bring it back 5 weeks later with something wrong". Needless to say after an argument, we had the car checked and was advised that so long as the issue t hat the car had was under warranty, the diagnostic would be covered. The end result was a valve that needed to be replaced which WAS under warranty, but I was heavily warned that if the issue was not under warranty the bill would have been mine to pay on a 5 WEEK OLD CAR. My mother wanted to write a letter to the owner, to which the sales man scoffed and said "you can do whatever you want it doesn't matter to me". I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone, the miscommunication and poor service provided was awful. The fact that I had to argue with the Sales Man about service of a 5 week old car with an expensive warranty purchased is disgusting, never mind the fact that the car needed a valve replaced so early on in the first place! This was time taken off work and away from my family responsibilities, to deal with unapologetic and rude staff who refused to help. The man who managed the Service Department was kind and efficient. That is the only benefit to this dealership. However, the amount of issues it will take just to have your brand new warrantied car looked at is beyond disgusting. It is no wonder so many of GM's locations have been shut down in recent years. More

Poor Customer Service I purchased my Chevy Cruise here 5 years ago and the service back then was amazing. I took extended warranty on my car but unfortunately expired Octob I purchased my Chevy Cruise here 5 years ago and the service back then was amazing. I took extended warranty on my car but unfortunately expired October 2016. I brought my car in last week to have it checked because I was having problems with the transmission. I was told that the car needed a new transmission or repairs on the current one and that the worse case scenario would be a 5K bill. I've asked to talk to the Manager to see if there was anything that it could be done since I've took and paid for extended warranty which expired recently, he simply answered no there's nothing that I can do, warranty expired!! no more questions asked, no negotiations, no sympathy.. I left very frustrated after paying $180 for the diagnosis (which I already knew- transmission problems). The Customer Service Manager had a very poor attitude. He should at least have sat down with me and provide me with a few options... he didn't care at all. Some of these Customer Service Managers don't mind to lose a customer... or a few. End up taking the car somewhere else where the customer service was excellent, I was provided a full detail on what needed to be replaced a break down of the costs and I saved over $1500. will not purchase any vehicle with this dealer in the future. More

From that moment on, when dealing with Huseyin, he has gone "above and beyond" to assist me in any way that he can! In addition, every other staff member that I have met at the dealership have always been very respectful and caring with respect to my needs and the care of my car. However, I do try and see that I know Huseyin's schedule so that he is there when I come into the dealership. If, for some reason, he is not available, I know another staff member will be available. An American stuck in Toronto 3 days before Christmas I had run over a glass bottle in the snowstorm. Needed a new tire so to drive home to Philadelphia, PA for Christmas. Every shop was backed up and could only help me by 12/27. Then I spoke with Huseyn, service writer and explained my problem. He said that my situation was unusual and deserved special consideration. I drove my 2016 XTS IN ON THE SPARE tire at 2pm. . Huseyn said the tire could not be repaired but he would order a new one and have it delivered the next day! I was ready to go again by Friday 12/23. Great, courteously service. Real personal attention. I drive from Philadelphia to Toronto regularly and will be happy to use Old Mill Cadillac for future service when in town! Thanks Huseyn! More
