Took my vehicle into the dealership due to a suspected battery problem. This was just before closing and everyone getting ready to leave. Fortunately the technician was able to do a diagnostic test and I battery problem. This was just before closing and everyone getting ready to leave. Natalie who books is great! But there is a break due of communication after that. Make sure to speak with Bernie the head tech if you need something FIXED. I had to have a major part replaced that came in imperfect from the factory (that was on the car we bought) and upper management (Anthony) authorized for it to be replaced with another part that was also damaged, without my authorization! It took 3 trips to correct this and other issues. Despite speaking with the Service manager. I feel they cut corners to save time, if they need to. Too bad bec Doug in sales was great with us for the purchase. More
