Mostly a minus 10 for GM 2 for dealer. There is a recall for toe link separation that mentions abs and stabilitrak lights comeing on if link detaches. 235km never lit up...turning in ps There is a recall for toe link separation that mentions abs and stabilitrak lights comeing on if link detaches. 235km never lit up...turning in psrking lot...klunk then lights then no 4wd and basically undriveable. GM KNOWS there is collateral damage from this failure...but they want hundreds of dollars to "diagnose" what they know is their fault. PS this is nothing new re gm recalls...ignition switch recall, steering rack recall...their mo ix deny deny deny and only when you reach a certain threshold...letter to head office or possibly letter on lawyers. letterhead do they do the right thing. My husband had a recall on our GMC Acadia. Jessie Saini our service advisor was not only professional while looking after us, but went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle would be completed Jessie Saini our service advisor was not only professional while looking after us, but went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle would be completed by the end of the day (even after running into a few snags along the way). My husband need our vehicle for first thing the next morning to take me to a doctors appointment. While this might not seem too important to most, it was extremely important to us. Since I am flaccid on the left side of my body (due to 3 strokes ) and my electric wheelchair was in the back of our vehicle. Without my wheelchair I cannot get around at all. So the seriousness of not having my wheelchair for my appointment the next morning would have made it impossible for me to attend. But thanks to Jessie and everyone working alongside with Jessie, allowed our vehicle to be completed and my husband could still pick up even though the shop was technically closed! Thank to everyone at Old Mill Cadillac Chevrolet Buick for being an exceptional team!!!! May Santa take extra good care of you all this year!!!!! More
