I will NEVER go back. Classic bait and switch. I made an appointment to view a used vehicle, and drove half hour out of my way to get there, and when I arrived they informed me that the car had been sold an appointment to view a used vehicle, and drove half hour out of my way to get there, and when I arrived they informed me that the car had been sold an HOUR ago by another dealership. Instead of calling to tell me and save my time and money, they let me come out so they could try to sell me a more expensive vehicle. It has now been an hour and a half since they sold it and it is still on their website. Completely unethical. And if it was just the system error, as he claimed, then why has this system not been fixed to address this problem, as he said it happens all the time, and WHY is the vehicle still on their website? It's a scam. More

Communication from Kevin was excellent, just what I wanted and needed to make me feel involved as we waited for our vehicle to be trucked in. Negotiating trade-ins is never fun, we went back and forth and both sides were honest which allowed us to come to a mutually benefitial agreement. As I am not a professional sales person, I had some regrets on my part as I didn't ask some of the questions I should have before signing on the doted line, having said that, I made these requests after the fact and my requests were honored which is greatly appreciated. 2 New Purchases My wife and I came in this past Monday to check a new vehicle for each of us. First I called in the morning to book Appt. and let them know what vehic My wife and I came in this past Monday to check a new vehicle for each of us. First I called in the morning to book Appt. and let them know what vehicle we wanted to test drive. Before our Appt. that evening I had already spoke to Adam 3 or 4 times on the phone and he was wheeling and dealing trying to get the right vehicle in for my wife. I knew right then Adam is the right guy for me. I have purchased many cars (oops) and customer service is #1 for me. Adam knocked it out of the park every step of the way!!! My wife and I walked away with 2 vehicles this week, and Adam is bringing in floor mats for my wife from Wisconsin. Adam is a man of his word!! Overall my experience at Okotoks GMC was great, and because of it I will be taking my vehicles there for regular service. More
