Unlike past purchases, I knew exactly what I wanted, and with the features and the color I specified, it was not an easy vehicle to locate. Rather than trying to sell me something off the lot that did not meet my criteria, they were more than willing to do a factory order for, and get exactly the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that I wanted, and with a nice trade-in value on the old vehicle as well.
