Excellent after care. We purchased our 2012 Sienna limited from here just in march this year. I noticed the delay sensor for wipers wasn't working. Called got appointment s We purchased our 2012 Sienna limited from here just in march this year. I noticed the delay sensor for wipers wasn't working. Called got appointment same day , I went in saw Kareem sales car manager and he said not to worry sir this is a safety issue and he doesn't want to endanger me and my family. Within minutes mechanics had water spraying on my van and diagnosed lose sensor connection and bam fixed. Great service afterwards means a lot to me I Already bought two cars this past month and I'll be buying another car for my youngest daughter. Definitely recommend these guys. Keep up good work guys. Excellent! I had a great experience at the Toyota dealership, first person I met was Burt Townsend. He was so pleasant, very knowledgeable, made my son and I bot I had a great experience at the Toyota dealership, first person I met was Burt Townsend. He was so pleasant, very knowledgeable, made my son and I both feel very comfortable talking to him. He listened to all of my concerns and what I wanted in a car along with price range. In the end I bought a Toyota Corolla IM and I am so in love with my car, the way it handles, comfort, it's a solid vehicle. The gas mileage is amazing plus the amazing sporty look I have. If I am ever ready to shop for another Toyota I will go to see Burt!! More

Great van great dealer I've been looking for my Sienna for over three months now since our old one was written off. I found one at Oakville Toyota and went in and bought the van. From point of sale Anis took care of us from test driving to delivering the van. Davood in detailing dept. made this van look better then new. Awesome experience. Jaqi in credit was helpful and returned my calls and kept us informed. Definitely will buy again from these guys. Even the general manager was involved and did everything we asked him to do. Small issue on delivery (lug key missing) service dept. jump in and had it replaced within 5 mins. Thanks guys keep up the great service. More
The worst place for sales and service I have had the worst experience dealing with this dealership. Once I met with the owner and found him to be extremely professional. It seemed that the employees including GM Mr. Khan were there to fail this dealership. With worst customer service from sales to service. All three times I ended up buying all my vehicles from different dealerships. I BEG YOU ALL PLEASE NOT EVEN GO NEAR THIS DEALERSHIP More
Dealership does not honor ECP-Platinum US/CA Coverage Purchased a 2016 4Runner SR5 from Oakville Toyota in November 2016. I purchased a 84 Month/200K ECP-Platinum extended coverage that could be used any Purchased a 2016 4Runner SR5 from Oakville Toyota in November 2016. I purchased a 84 Month/200K ECP-Platinum extended coverage that could be used anywhere in US/CA. Dealer provided paperwork clearly stating 8 oil changes are included with this plan. I emailed the dealership before my first service (8K) to validate that I was entitle to 8 free oil changes and they confirmed this. They are now defaulting on this agreement an indicating I am only entitled to 4 oil changes (done at any Toyota Dealer). Toyota Canada's website clearly states 8 Oil changes are included. I have no choice but to warn other purchasers that this dealership does not honor business agreements. Not only does the dealership not honor what they sold me - Toyota Canada is the same. More
